Owner of Indiana funeral home pleads guilty to over 40 counts of theft for services not rendered

The proprietor of a Jeffersonville, Indiana, ceremonial location pleaded blameworthy Friday to implicit 40 felony counts of theft, having failed to render the after-death services for which helium had been paid.
