N.Y. court nixes Fox News' bid to end voting tech firm's suit

A New York appeals tribunal connected Tuesday rejected Fox News' bid to unopen down a multibillion-dollar defamation suit accusing the web of spreading lies that a voting-technology institution helped "steal" the 2020 predetermination from then-U.S. President Donald Trump.
