Food took for ever order wasn’t correct

So when I test this app out or whatever because all of the reviews there wasn’t even like anything good about this app? Even DoorDash is better then this app and this is a second hand embarrassment. Because how many good reviews does DoorDash have then McDonald’s and there is technically more bad reviews then good reviews but DoorDash has 18M good review… and about this app I’m literally concerned about a 0 dollar fee …? Honestly like these people said this app has kinda… went a little bit off like… 1 the quality isn’t really good and plus what’s with the 0 dollar fee I guarantee if I actually order something for here I bet there would be $10 or $9 fee or any fee tbh I feel embarrassed for this app literally.. it’s sad how so many people like McDonald’s but they even can’t enjoy the app! Tbh McDonald’s you tried but not hard enough. Maybe you should improve.. or make a new app because how many bad review of this app.. tbh this is why 18M people have DoorDash it has better quality and sometimes it makes mistakes but this app makes mistakes and bugs even more.. tbh idk what’s the point of having this app even tho DoorDash has this app for you.. like you barley don’t even have to make this app.. if you have a DoorDash so goodbye McDonald’s it was nice liking you but .. this app has been way to much.

For some reason you can only order a hamburger or nugget happy meal. There's no option to add cheese to a hamburger happy meal. This is a huge oversight.

Sometimes the app does not allow you to pay and you have to keep going back to the beginning.

One thing that really gets under our skin when waiting in front for 15 while the McDonald’s people only take care of the drive through downtown make any sense for goodness sakes why don’t they do it the old fashioned way just eat inside forget the stupid drive threw every time we have to wait while our son starves and waits to d

This app continues to track my location after I have picked up my food and closed the pickup code. The only way to stop it is to force close the app. Menus are intricate and require many taps to navigate to finish order. Can’t add cheese to kid’s meal hamburger.

Twice this week at two different McDonald’s I have been ignored when I ordered curbside. I get everyone is busy but what’s the point in offering curbside if you don’t have the people to work it. The first incident I pulled in about 10min after placing order only to watch cars pull in after me go thru the drive thru and leave. Again and again this happened. Finally my order comes out to me, and the guy is so rude, I still said thank you only to be ignored so I responded nevermind. At which point he proceeded to tell me if I wasn’t so lazy I would come in and get my own food. Needless to say I was running a fever and had my son in the car who just left the dr being diagnosed with the flu. As I explained the app is available and I chose to use it. I was told he doesn’t agree with the app and didn’t personally ask me to use the app. As he again called me lazy. As I drove off I noticed my food had apparently been sitting on the counter the entire 32 min I was waiting and my son’s milkshake was just liquid milk. I ended up giving the burgers to my dog and threw the rest away. Today I tried a different location only to once again park, sit, and watch cars go round and round the drive thru so I just left without my order as I had somewhere to be. Did my account get credited back? Nope they still took my payment even though I never got my food. Please please please either do away with the app or train your employees to have respect. I’m so tired of when I do go thru the drive thru watching them with ear buds in playing on their phones if they can’t bring out a paying customers order.

I enjoy the rewards point system. It allows me to get free items on a weekly basis. Thanks for the free food.
