  • Ongoing glitches

    While playing some games, app glitches make it impossible to complete the round. Very frustrating. I’ve lost several high scores due to this.

    I upgraded to premium and I added a lifetime Cambridge training. For the former they say “your purchase is associated with a different account” and for the latter they say “error” but I was charged both times. I have not heard back from support even though I sent multiple emails. Terrible experience.

    Ad before and after every game, even when the app closes itself after An ad it’ll make you watch another. What a shame

    Basically unplayable unless you pay for their subscription. The ad lengths are criminal.

    Happy deleted! Ads were ridiculously too long . Subscription costs as much as a movie channel. Reflects contempt for their own customers. Developer response is some stock garbage about how they need to make money. Got it. That’s no excuse for showing one minute ads for products I have no interest in. And God help you if you accidentally click too early on the ad! It launches you to the App Store with no way back. Make no mistake: They just hate you.

    I have been using for years. All of the sudden the workouts keep repeating games already completed. I can’t complete a workout. It’s broken Revised. They reached out Issue seems to have fixed itself. Good customer service. Thank you!

    Most of the games work great. But Jump Control is a bit glitchy. I have to mess up in order for it to release when I actually let go, otherwise it has a delay, and it won’t correct itself from there

    I like the app. The games are fun and I do think it has improved my reactions, memory, etc. I get that the ads are necessary to keep playing without buying the upgrade. But two ads freeze up and don’t allow you to move on or see your game score. I have to shut down the app and reopen if I want to continue. Ironic one ad has karma in its name!
