  • Causes phone to overheat

    This navigation app, Sygec, shuts down my phone due to overheating after an hour or so of usage. I have other nav apps, e.g., Waze, that I can use for hours but do not increase the phone’s temperature. Fix this, please

    I have not tried it for a couple of years. It took me to the we got places, was slow in updating g position, generally unreliable in YS and Ontario. Has this product improved to make it worth patting for???

    The app promises up-to-date maps but they still have many differences with real streets and not always it gives the best route for reaching the destination. Also the access option to select different routes is poor and inaccurate in many streets.

    I’ve used it as much as possible being a Truck Driver. It offers settings characteristics like weight and size of vehicle. This is very important as you might know because an 18 wheeler or commercial vehicle can’t always drive the most direct or convenient routes. There have been times when the app isn’t able to find the destination, even with an address. I’ve been forced, due to those situations, to buy a Garmin Trucker GPS.

  • Best Real-time Traffic App Available

    Been a premium+ subscriber since May 2021 and I'll never use another GPS application. The amount of hours spent in traffic this thing has spared me in three years isn't quantifiable, but I'll take a stab at it and say 50 hours. Simply by routing me to a secondary artery or back road that runs parallel to the route suggested by Google, Waze and Uber maps, it shaves a few minutes off of short rides and quite a few minutes of longer rides. Like everything else in this country you get what you pay for, so the free version gives you free version features, and the paid version gets you there faster. One major con is that searching for landmarks or proper nouns as a destination (eg name of a restaurant) often yields no result and you'll need to find a numerical address elsewhere. Fix that and you'll have a monopoly on the GPS market.

  • No ability to change/remove added places

    I’ve just started using this app, but I already found an issue that I don’t like. The issue is that once “Home,” “Work,” or a “Favorite Place” is added, there is no way to remove or change it from the location that it was added to. Once this gets fixed, I will give the app 5 stars.

    title should sum it up, my work address is in the wrong location, even though there are other businesses on either side that it finds correctly. uninstalling, this is the simplest task and it was wrong.
