I bought a year of premium Duolingo and have enjoyed it so far. I chose Vietnamese, which isn’t as developed as some of the other more popular courses. My wife fills in the gaps and corrects me when Duolingo teaches a word or phrase that sounds…off. On that note, I had to take one star off because reporting errors is difficult. Users should be able to give detailed feedback when they encounter bugs, typos, or outright errors. At a minimum, the app should elicit a short explanation each time an error is reported. Other than that, though, I am satisfied. Wondering when Duolingo will add feedback functionality for error reporting.

This is a great app to learn Spanish. I only joined 2 weeks ago and I can say lots of things in Spanish! Don’t buy super duolingo because you can earn it for free for a couple days if you keep up your streak!! Get this for your kids!

Overall this app is great and helps you learn different languages. My only problem with this app is when your learning Korean they don’t show you what the symbols/ words mean in English. This is making me confused and I’m having a hard time learning how to speak Korean without knowing what the app is trying to teach me. Once again this app overall is a great way to learn a new language, it would just be appreciated if this could be fixed.

I think Duolingo is a very positive app to influence people to learn new languages. Duolingo has definitely helped me by making me practice to get hearts, complete stages, and keep my streak. I think Duolingo helps also with reaching goals and teaches people that sometimes it is not easy and you have to really work for it. Duolingo is definitely a top app for me and I use it every day whether I have some free time at school or I am at dinner with nothing to do. I love it!! 😁😁

Awesome teaching game, but sometimes the tips are a little unhelpful. I wish it would explain WHY a certain word is what it is, instead of just saying: “here’s what it is.”
