    Account data doesn’t reflect real time data. Account linking is typically always down. Definitely wish I could go back to the Mint.com platform. That was much better

    • It’s a hassle to see your recent transactions • It doesn’t update your accounts even after pull to refresh, only can see yesterday’s data • It doesn’t even show my Apple Card transactions unlike Mint • Your What’s New text never changes, what are you even doing with the app

    They’ve ruined mint. Terrible app. Keeps pushing products on you. Accounts don’t reliably update. The app was just updated yet it’s as bad as ever. Inaccurate account balances. Generally poor functionality. Would not recommend at this time. Doubtful it will be improved.

    As the title says, throughout my 3+ years of using Credit Karma via the App i have yet to have a bad experience or a “failure” on their part. It always works when needed and never seems to have any issues pulling up information. This App goes hand-in-hand with the TurboTax App and they sync together very nicely! One will open the other automatically and vice-versa when it is needed. I highly suggest both of these Apps if you have yet to use them. This is not a paid review nor do i have an incentive for writing this other then the fact that i have been supplied with great service for 3+ years now. So i felt the least i could do is write this review! Great work Credit Karma.

    I’ve been using Mint through Intuit for over 10 years. Loved being able to track all my credit card transactions, investments, debt, property and more in one place. At the beginning of March I was forced to transfer to Credit Karma or lose all my data. Well CK has a fraction of the functionality of Mint and is loaded with advertisements at every step. The UI looks like something put together in an Intro Programming class and has no helpful data insights. Deactivating my account immediately.

    Mint directed me here but it is the worst. Cannot even load correctly and keep telling me to ‘refresh’ a week after week. Doesn’t do a half of what mint offered as far as a daily budget is concerned. Don’t download this in a place of mint.

  • Mint Was Better

    I used Mint to track all my finances. Mint was absorbed into Credit Karma, but Mint was better. I will change this to a 5 star review when the finance tracking improves to match or surpass Mint. Also, multiple account connections that worked in Mint (example: Apple Card) do not always work properly in Credit Karma.

    If you want your information to be sold and also be bombarded with ads for stuff you don’t need this is the app for you. Complete joke that this replaced Mint. This app has none of the functionality or use cases that were possible in Mint.
