For over a week now my transit has been saying “sorry try again in a little “ when I try to use it I’ve deleted and reinstalled it over 5 times and I can’t even get past the provide access step the drivers are accusing me of wanting free rides but I just can’t get my app to work and I can’t get downtown to get a card

Way too hard to understand what the options are for a ride. It needs a more detailed arrival and ETA to destination
  • Bad Live Train and Bus Times

Missed the train because the app said the train came at 8:16 but the train came at 8:05 and I wasn’t quite there yet by 8:05. Watched it go by without me. Not the first time there’s been a similar situation, but there’s no where on the app to see the actual train schedule so I usually have to go by what it tells me. I had the same thing happen again where my app said the train was delayed by 10 minutes from the original schedule but then it came on time. I was going off the app schedule and thought I had plenty of time but just barely missed it again.

Helpful when there are others who use Go. The app malfunctions every now and again and will accidentally give the same message for north and southbound for no reason.

I am accidentally always closing and opening views in this app, particularly the route view. It’s very confusing Also I am unable to see the scheduled time of the train. It would be great to know if my train is behind or ahead so I can plan accordingly instead of just when the train shows up. Also dumb up-charging to see transit more than a block away.
  • Inaccurate

Most of the time when it says that the bus is gonna leave in five minutes the next one leaves right then and there so then I have to wait 25 minutes for the next bus to come or train because the app says it’s leaving or showing up

A vital and necessary tool for those of us who don’t want to poison our mother with exhaust. Also means less time standing at sketchy bus stops
