Zero star!!! Will not charge

What a piece of junk. I wish there was a NEGATIVE star to rate this. App crashes all the time IF air can ever connect with probes. The app has a button for “updates” but it does nothing. Just like these probes and the app itself. Horrible!!!

You need to enable editing of the temps and adding custom temps much easier. Wish there was a 3rd party AMERICAN app.

Good idea, very poorly executed!! What good is it having an app to barbecue with when the app just crashes all the time, completely unusable!!😡

I bought a 2 probe set and this app only supports ONE PROBE!! Try to pair second probe and it won’t, either non responsive or app crash.

You might find in Bluetooth, maybe connect to app, but the app said you can’t set a recipe because it didn’t connect. Just too frustrating. Never got it to work right.

I have a two probe system and would like to use the second probe as the ambient grill temperature for smoking. It would be a nice feature in the app to have a grill temperature mode so it can alert you if the temperature is too low. As well, have the max temperature more than 212F so that the history can be tracked. Overall, good probes, but app is glitchy.

Stuck on Chinese language, crashes, does not hold a charge total waste of money
