Then you have 2 options: o 1st: fuel to leave the HOLD + perform the approach + GA & proceed to the ALTNs. o Normally the ALTN fuel planning information is provided by the the company on the flight plan. o 2nd: fuel to proceed from the HOLD direct to the ALTNs o Calculate using the best means that work for you. (ie. Use the SEC flight plan to create a routing from your waypoint to the ALTN and inserting an approach.
