Fetch: America’s Rewards App

This app used to be great. You don’t get points anymore for things they advertise. Everything is always just 25. When contacting support about the issues they no longer help you or award the extra points you should have gotten. They now say things sometimes have a delay and aren’t taken off the list which is why I wasn’t awarded the points. Not worth my time anymore. It’s more of a hassle trying to keep track of all the points I’m supposed to get and then arguing with the support rep to grant them to me. Very disappointed

Lov the app for my phone so simple to do and pays me for buying the things that I need to buy anyway so it’s a win, win situation!!!

It was fun at first but it seems like they keep upping the points every couple of months that is needed to redeem rewards..making it harder🙄 Also..not getting any points for my Amazon purchases even though it's linked

So there are things about this app that are fantastic… I’ve been able to acquire several $10 e-gift cards to Amazon, and for a while there the offers I had available to me at that time made those gift cards come very quickly. The really awesome offers seemed to have come and gone because now I’m finding it a lot more difficult to build up the points for those rewards. Not only that, but I don’t really care for the new Games feature that replaced spinning the wheel daily feature… So I never did win any more than 20 on that stupid wheel, but I imagined that one day I would. Now there is this even more stupid feature that requires you not only download games (ok, requires meaning you have the option to) but in order to receive the points credits for achieving certain goals in the game, and I will warn you that some of those goals are just plain impossible or ridiculous to even attempt to complete in 30 days unless you are glued to the game 24 hours a day almost. So you’ll see a high number of points in the thousands… ignore it. You won’t receive that I can almost guarantee that… it will be awarded to you in increments based on the goals you achieve. One of the games was if you reach level 600 and something in 30 days you got like 5,000 points. Level 600. Sure. Ok. Sooo realistic! The clubs thing is confusing and there doesn’t seem to be a search function for it at all. Several features in the app just don’t seem to function for me. Hmmmm. They gave a friends list option and much like MySpace where Tom was automatically your first friend, Wes is your first friend. I assume he’s the owner of the company of a spokesperson for it… he’s usually the one doing the giveaways on Instagram or Twitter so… 🤷🏽‍♀️ It can be a bit frustrating too, because he’s always making tons of points daily (you can see how many points your friends list people make daily. I also had a bit of a scare on their instagram page… they had a contest for 500,000 points, which is a lot. Anyways… you have to post your customer number on their page… well the opportunistic scavenger scammers were on that in a day and messaged me from a profile that looked to be someone from Fetch. Nope. It was a scammed. Thankfully they didn’t get any info out of me And I reported it to the people at fetch. Of course I wasn’t a winner And reporting it didn’t make me win either, but I’m only sharing this so people are aware.. this portion of the review is not reflected in my rating.. just a friendly PSA. ;)

Now you cannot get extra points unless you allow the app to track.

This app is fantastic. You can earn a large variety of rewards for just taking a snapshot of your receipts of purchases that you already made! Only takes a moment of your time to get rewarded for shopping you have already done.

Worst ever! Impossible to talk to a real person to solve issues with accounts.

I love how you can quickly scan a receipt and earn points for the things you buy daily! It doesn’t take very long to collect enough points to redeem for a gift card either!

I've been using this app for a few years and have gained so many rewards! This is one of the best rewards app out there

As its not the best way to make money, but the fact that you can work for better off of the stuff you simply just buy is a very positive feeling. If u want the best for your bucks this is a good app and habit to pick up.
