This app has tons of useful information and tracks your daily heart rate and provides trends to let you know how you are doing. You can even set up goals to reach for exercise and then see how your heart rate improves.

Amazed at how good this all is. Great info and visually very engaging. The no subscription model is fantastic as so many of these aid forces you to pay monthly for worse apps
  • Used with other fitness apps

Different apps give different insights into fitness. Real clinical accuracy isn’t available yet but the research is making serious progress. Even if heart health isn’t a concern now, get these apps that collect baseline data on your current condition. Apps like this one produce interactive graphs so you can see what you are doing when something changes. I particularly like the graphs this one makes.

I have sleep apnea, and it helps to keep track of it! The best part is, I don’t have to remember to set it when I go to bed.
  • By far most useful app on my iPhone and watch.

Terrific app, works very well. Company worked resolve communication problem when the real problem was no app on watch. After installing app on watch all works fine.
  • Very nice

The only reason for a three is that on the daily heart rate graph the workout heart rates are omitted. It would be nice to see that information as well to compare to the rest of the day instead of looking for it elsewhere.
  • App Crash

Only recently the app has started crashing and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app. Is this a known bug? Other than that it’s a great app.

I’ve got Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and this is really helpful for keeping an eye on my heart rate and seeing what on earth my heart rate just did when I get hit with the dizzies 😆 thanks yall
