  • How does your own user Manuel not load right in your e reader?!?

    Downloaded this to try and transfer some drm books I bought to my iBook the instruction manual adobe loaded on the app doesn’t even load right.. every other page is blank or half loaded/has massive formatting issues which make it unreadable. Table of contents doesn’t work. Only way to get the viewable page is to guess and punch in a page number

    I tried downloading a book to read for school, and the full text didn’t show up except for a couple of pages. I said it had been downloaded onto the app, but there was no way I would have been able to read anything because the text didn’t even load enough for me to read it. Don’t know why they’ve brought out a product when it clearly isn’t ready for consumer use.

    When trying to select an authorization method other than Adobe ID (I use Google) it won’t change options so I am completely unable to authorize and use the app.

  • Terrible for iPad users

    If you’re using an iPad, do yourself a favor and find another way to access the content you need. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. The app is not capable of opening the textbooks I need for my courses. 90% of the textbook pages are partially blank. It’s some malfunction and it makes the pages unreadable. It works fine on a mac computer. If you really need to use this app, use it on the computer.

    it’s very inconvenient that I cannot use this app to access my reading material. It does not transfer the content in a way that makes it accessible to read. It obscures all of the letters it’s just horrible.

    This app simply doesn’t work. You can jump through all kinds of hoops and maybe get there, but for a company like Adobe or think this is ok is insane. I cannot access my text books away from my web browser thanks to this trash.
