  • App no longer works!!! This thing is TRASH!

    I have gotten so frustrated with this app. Every time they update the app to add new “features” it renders the app unusable. I can no longer open any of my saved projects. The new update only gives the option to “open project” which does NOTHING. It shows my canvas in the background but the previous project is on the canvas and the new project never loads. I can’t even send a project to the machine because they took away the “make it” option when choosing a project. I can’t start a new project either because the previous project stays on the canvas. If I didn’t have so many months, projects and money invested in this, I would go to another cutting machine. I seriously have no idea what to do now. Cricut get your act together. I have sent 6 email complaints in the last year about different problems and they still can’t get the app right. Get someone that has actually used the app to do the programming.

    Just when I get used to a certain way of making a project, it gets changed creating unnecessary steps to continue..it has caused many ruined projects.

    I’ve never been able to use the app since installing due to the fact that whenever I open the app, the app immediately freezes. I have an iPad Pro with the latest software update and the app update as well; why is this happening?

  • Design space will not recognize my windows 11

    I continue to get an error message when opening design space telling me I need to update my windows. I’m running windows 11. I have reached out to support several times with my concerns ,each time a follow up email promising someone from the support team will be contacting me. Still nothing. I’ve been waiting months. When I research the issue myself , I’m told to uninstall and reinstall design space but I will loose all my projects, images Ive created and paid for, and my fonts. I love my cricket and I enjoy making projects but the support they offer is really lacking.

  • App Bugs

    My Cricut App fails about every 5 cuts. When I go to change the operation (cut to pen, or pen to cut) it will not let me press the button and switch it. The only fix I’ve been able to find is deleting the app and redownloading it, which then causes me to sign in again, recreate my project, and reconnect my machine. It is quite frustrating.

    There is a UI bug! When log in the “continue” button is not showing on screen, so not be able to proceed to view anything.

  • Stop the pop up ads for subscription

    I’m using my cricut to work. It gets really annoying when my work is interrupted by ads to subscribe. I paid for the machine and am using it.

    The app doesn’t always work and always seems to need an update. You can’t just log in after a while and just use. Always have to troubleshoot.
