  • SCAM - don’t sign the subscription

    I signed/ paid the premium subscription, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The episodes keep locked and to watch the episodes you still need to purchase coins what doesn’t make any sense since you signed the subscription to have the full access as in other similar apps ( like snackshort). The other similar apps works well with the subscription, but unfortunately this one it is looks like it is a scam. I sent an email to the their support and im waiting their reply to fix the issue or to refund my money. As soon as I have an answer I can return and revise my review.

    I started watching a drama. A subscribed to the 3month at a time for $39.99, plus it turns out I also paid $25.99 but IDK why that charge was taken. Then I added the app to my phone. Now the app doesn’t recognize that I’m a subscriber, or that I’ve already watched most of that drama. It won’t let me go to the episode where I left off before getting the app. It wants me to buy episodes!!! You’ve been paid!! Either let me watch as a subscriber or give back my money.

    They totally scam you by telling you to buy a monthly membership. Once you do, you would think you’d be able to watch the videos, but no, you still have to buy coins. which if I had know I had to buy coins I would have told them to shove the monthly membership and just bought the stupid coins for the one stupid story, but don’t waste your money definitely not worth it.

    The worst company no phone number I purchased 2700 coins and only got like 2-3 episodes that is just so ridiculous and I can’t talk to anyone I emailed still waiting for a response

    I have tried to speak to their IT support department and all they wanted from me was to retell my story about how I purchased a weekly subscription, received 6 episodes and then the app wanted me to purchase more coins. They also wanted me to edit my review of the app where they emailed me. I have waited 3 days for support to either fix my problem or refund my money or even do anything period, so my review remains the same. IT IS A SCAM!!
