  • Solid Journalism

The world is saturated with misinformation, so it’s reassuring to have solid journalism, such as The Courier-Journal, to keep us informed and to “shine a light into the darkness.”
  • No directions to find various modes

I want the older version of printable puzzles back. Reading descriptions of each mode does NOT provide where the modes how, how to access them, nor a clear explanation of where various icons associated with each mode are located. In developing clarity for these issues, ask a non-tech person — maybe someone older than 50 — to work through your options. We gave up on the print version of C-J because $95 per month delivered poorer content and frustrating service. We are at the breaking point with this “updated” e-version for $15 per month that has day-old news, repeated stories, and a pop-up ad for Harmony Landing that continuously appears while trying to figure out how to print something. Ever consider studying how the NYT provides its remarkable versions of stories?? It’s a variety that’s worth $17 per month…yes, just $2 more than C-J.

Whatever they’ve done has really screwed up my reading experience it won’t work. It won’t record passwords. It won’t open up correctly all in all a mess.

Continues to force me to sign in and then states my credentials are incorrect. When I change my password, that doesn’t correct the problem, it just start the cycle over again.

The "choose a package "button in your subscriber area does not work. It doesn't work on any of your sites. Keep making it so inconvenient, and I won't subscribe to any of your papers anymore.

Happy with the paper covers of variety of things, but it’s but it’s an analysis of daily life in Louisville is very important to me so I know exactly what it’s going on.

The Courier quit delivering in my community A year or so ago. We can receive an electronic version for $20 a month. It is the nearest thing to a paper version of local and National news. Our local radio does not Broadcast news other than sports. The Courier is our life line to what is going On in the world. For those who don’t have A PC, continue to struggle with no competent news source.
