  • Frustrating gift subscription management

    I get gift subscriptions for my daughters every Christmas. I use digital access, they use print. I do not want automatic renewal but have been unable to buy gifts. No renewal links for them. I resubmitted their info and my payment info but was unable to be processed. Tried again. None of the info remained. Typed and typed again. Unsuccessful. Found a phone number to call but the message was that there was no one there, try again another time. I should not have to work this hard to pay money to the Atlantic.
  • Keeps logging me out

    Update: 11/5/2024 keeps saying my password is incorrect and won’t sign me in even though I am able to sign in on the website. Please fix and stop asking me to sign in every time I click on an article notification that I want to read! This app was always bad at requiring you to log in frequently. It’s gotten worse, requiring you to log in almost every time I use the app. I have other news outlet apps that I pay a subscription for that I have never had to log in more than once after years of using them. Why can’t the Atlantic get this right?!
  • Repeatedly Looses My Subscription

    Great magazine content, but the app repeatedly prompts me to sign in and then says there is no linked subscription. My subscription is fully paid on the App Store. Fix it.

    I’m reading an article and thoroughly engrossed and suddenly the page is blank and all the text disappears. I have to read it on Safari because the app is buggy and terrible.

    Was working fine for over 15 months, this month has turned buggy- keeps on asking me to subscribe and will not allow access. Even though my monthly subscription keeps on getting paid…….

    This app has been broken for at least a year—it requires the user to log in again and again and again. And again. Every other app on iOS lets the user stay logged in. Why hasn’t this been fixed? Update October 2024: still broken, still frustrating. I’ve been a subscriber for more than 30 years, yet I’m asked to log in daily. I just click away . . .
  • Can’t sign in on app

    I’m unable to sign in on the app. It inexplicably logged me out (probably from an upgrade that wasn’t tested properly on your end). Extremely frustrated. I can sign in desktop with the same email and password I’m using on the app, but I get an incorrect username/password response on the app. Then when I try the ‘Need help signing in’ option, then I get the error ‘Can’t find any linked accounts….’ error. This needs to be be fixed as soon as possible. I doubt I’m the only user having this issue. And I mainly use the app, so I’m not getting full use of my subscription.
