  • I cannot access the pro account even though I paid for it

    For the past month, I have attempted to communicate with the customer service team about the fact that I do not have access to the app which I purchased. I have not received any communication and I’m very frustrated. I’m hoping that somebody reaches out through this way for me to connect the app to the purchase that I made.

  • Pure Garbage Now

    This app used to truly be something. They minimized how many credits you can get a day from 5 to 1. They censor anything and everything now. It’s a shame, so many time/ Money/credits wasted. I know it seems like a random AI app, but it had potential over a year ago. Oh well.

    I’ve been using this app for over a year and it’s been great, but recent updates, like reducing daily claims from 5 lumens to 1 and removing the option to watch ads for credits, make it feel more like a money grab. While I understand server costs, it seems unfair to advertise it as free or low-cost when progress is limited unless you pay. I haven’t had this issue with other apps.

  • Censorship ruins everything

    I have to put in so many negative prompts to avoid their censorship and it still doesn’t work. Pretty much all the styles are popping out the same style. And now for some reason instead of 5 lumens a day you get 1 which isn’t even enough for 1 generation.

    Been using the app a few months now. It was nice that the app rewarded 5 free Lumens daily for checking in, but today it only gave me 1. Why are the devs suddenly so greedy they decided giving away enough Lumens for just one free piece of art a day was too nice? App developers need to realize not everyone can afford to pay for several subscriptions every month.

    Absolutely not free! You get one free generation per day, otherwise you HAVE to subscribe for a monthly or yearly plan. You’re much better off just using some AI Art Generator online. Still haven’t found a decent app for this kind of thing. Don’t waste your time people.

  • Love but app often creates bad images

    I love this app! However, I have noticed that when creating generic art, the app will occasionally create images that violate its own community policies. For example, My text read, “ The World”, but the app generated a creation that violated the community policy, even though that was not part of the text prompt. I even tried adding, “Should not violate community policy”, but it still created 2 images that violated your policy. Because I am paying for these creations, I feel like I should be reimbursed for the lumens I lost due to your app’s error. Please advise.

    The generations aren’t terrible and the app rooms smoothly with lots of options however more generations than not will have characters with very questionable hands or one really great eye and one kind of sloppy on or a combination of these two things. I wish the reviews on here let me share pictures because some of them are equal parts terrible and funny and anyone looking for an AI art character should be fairly informed of this defect

    So you put in your bland description because too many words trip their Karen brains. Then you still get 3 out of 4 pictures that are nothing because they say the picture their app created violates standards. Now they drop the daily lumens from 5 to 1. They’re worthless. I have a ton of lumen, might just blow them all and delete the app. Hahahaha if you pay for this that’s sad.

    starryai used to be cool, but now i can't even use it because the interface keeps being overhauled every 2 months and now i can't log in to my account. good riddance i guess
