Crystal identifier. Rock guide

I downloaded this app and deleted it in less than 10 minutes. First, you have to sign up for the subscription before you can identify any stone which is kinda ridiculous in my opinion. I just received a crystal order and wanted to identify a few of them. I scanned 3 different stones and each answer they gave me made NO sense! They suggested a pure black obsidian dolphin was an amethyst or that an orange carnelian stone was a moonstone. Don't trust this app, download something different.

I have been using the premium features of this app and have not gotten the right identification not even 1 time. I’m very disappointed in this app I have used a couple other I.D. apps and this is by far the worst.

Bro, like this app is the worst I scanned it in multiple times it said sorry error in like what the flip and plus it doesn’t even tell you what year Crystal is so. I’m giving it a one out of five.

I used two stones as a rest to see how accurate this app was. Both were identified wrongly. Do not recommend.

I tested the app by asking it to identify 3 stone I have and know what they are. When identifying, it’s gives 3 options. Not a single was correct and most weren’t even the same color.

This app was so wrong I treated on of my crystals and it said quarts when it was stenalight and it said my tigers eye was a fossil.

This app is horrible. There are far too many better ones. I’ve been comparing them with another app. The other app is on point, this one is reading things so off beat its pathetic. I hate that I’ve wasted seven dollars….. I’ll be filing for a refund. I can never find the people.

Tried it 20 times on the most basic crystal types and only once did it get it right. Great concept however the app doesnt work.
