  • I can’t access my prepaid PREMIUM account!!

    Paid for a premium membership and have used it and loved it for a few years. It has been bugging out recently and now I can't even access my prepaid account!! What is going on here?? Get a message about VPN not allowing it - but my VPN was turned OFF. So annoying!!!!

  • Weather widget doesn’t work

    “An error occurred. Tap to retry” Upon clicking into the app, I’m met with this: “A VPN or Proxy may be decrypting your internet traffic. To protect your privacy, Brass only operates over secure networks.” This only started once I downloaded iOS 18. I don’t use a VPN or Proxy.

    I loved this app and purchased a subscription, but now when I open it, everything is black and I get an error message about a VPN. Please fix!

  • Disruptive error and No longer working

    3+ year long customer here. Let me start off by saying, when this app works, it’s great! Very user friendly and easy to use. But ever since the iOS release, I have not been able to get the app the work. It’s unfortunate that Brass was not updated to configure correctly with the new ios18 update. I can no longer use the app as it keeps prompting an error than is driven by the app and not the settings on my phone (and yes I have checked and tried every sort of configuration possible to get this to work including a full reboot of my WiFi and removing and re adding the app). I have canceled my membership and moving on to find an app that will work with the new iOS. I hope Brass finds a way to make a come back and work with the latest iOS, I’d love to be a return customer once again.

    I love this app but currently it has shut down my widget and will not let me set up any widgets. When I attempt to it gives me an error message. Please review this and assist me.

  • Says I’m using a VPN/Proxy, Nothing will load

    I paid for the app an I can’t even use it. Every time I interact with the app it gives me an error saying “Brass only operates over secure connections” and that I’m using a VPN/Proxy, even thought It doesnt matter what kind of network I use, it still says the same thing. I cant even use the app.

    I open the app and get an error pop up saying “ a vpn or proxy may be decrypting my internet traffic” I don’t have a vpn and nothing I did made it so it would work. I really loved this app and used it a lot even resubscribed but now I can’t even use it.

    I’ve been using Brass for a little over 2 years, and it’s been great. Earlier this week, however, a pop up appeared stating “a vpn or proxy may be decrypting internet traffic” and has stopped functioning. There is no way to report the issue to the developer.

    Would love to give a in-depth review however I’m consistently receiving an error pointing to VPN issues or not secure connection. Have troubleshooted best of my abilities and no luck and can’t find any help or documentation as the app is limited. All this after purchasing unseen for a year.
