  • Won’t allow me to access my bonuses

    I have contacted customer service 3 times now and yet the issue keeps happening. I’m clicking the adds and reading the articles yet it’s taking over 24 hours for my bonuses to appear. I’m a mom with limited free time. I expect to read my stories when I actually have the time.

    If I’m reading a chapter and stop in the middle for whatever reason. When I come back to that story it goes to whatever place in the story but not where I left off. Then I have to figure out where I was. Also if the book has for example 89 chapters I’m currently at chapter 88 before I can finish (the last paragraph) it’s jumps to the end of the book. When I say it jumps it skips over the last chapter to what to read next. Bonus points disappear. The app is too pricey.

    It’s wildly expensive. I understand you have to make money somehow but for $5 spent to not get me 4 chapters is crazy. And then for them to not even allow another $5 purchase at all after that is ridiculous. For the quality of these books it is outlandishly expensive. I am all for paying people what they deserve but if these were published and sold in a book store they would be $25 max for the WHOLE book and for $5 for 4 chapters, a book has say 100 chapters if it’s finished, minus the 8 chapters you get for free at the start, a single book comes out to be $115 (((100-8)/4)*5). That is shameful. Not to mention some chapters cost more than others and there is no consistency. From 117,102,117,100 and then you’re left with only 64. I don’t know about you but I don’t have $100 or more to blow on a single book, that is essentially that same style that you could find on any other book app. Not to mention that since I did the $5 option, it no longer offers it to you forcing you to pay even more to finish a single book. At least the other expensive ones let you read a chapter a day for free or let you watch a couple videos and you get a chapter unlocked but this is appalling.

    I was paying for coins to read a book. It got way to expensive. So started doing the tasks to ear the coins. Now they’ve changed the coin tasks. So it’s going to take a lot longer to earn coins. Just hoping my coins don’t disappear ( because they have before. Like over 200 coins🤬).

    There are a few books I’ve found that I enjoyed reading, some completed and others ongoing. Having read a few books I’ve come to realize that maybe it isn’t worth paying for coins to unlock chapters due to poor grammar and/or punctuation mistakes. I’ve had to reread a couple times just to understand what was trying to be said. Once I noticed more than enough mistakes I just lose interest in the story. It’ll be cheaper buying a professionally writen/ edited book. Also, I am not a fan of the new update in order to get bonus coins, I prefer the way it was before the update.
